Pre-Production Maintenance For Uninterrupted Streamline Production

Engineers conduct a complete inspection of our cutting, stitching, and sewing equipment before any production operation. This step ensures all components and semi-finished products are within the specifications of your lingerie or garment design and minimizes wastage.

Craft and Assembly Inspections Ensuring Accurate Pieces

After various production steps, every semi-finished undergarment is inspected to determine if the right stitching style or cutting size is applied. These inspections minimize any corrective actions that can hamper the speed of our production.

Visual Inspections To Immediately Correct Production Errors

All semi-finished and finished undergarments are given a complete visual inspection for flaws such as excessive stitches, misaligned garters, or tearing. Our visual inspections aim to quickly correct any part of the production process where defects occur before they affect a large batch.

Sewing Inspections.
Proper Combination of Fabric & Materials.

The first batch of undergarments that have undergone the sewing process is carefully inspected to ensure these are correctly sewn. Workers also check the fabric's condition to ensure there are no signs of early wearing and tearing during the process.

The sizes and dimensions of all undergarments are measured after production. This QC procedure ensures the entire batch is consistent in size and shape according to your specifications.
